Why should I use an SPF every day?Updated a month ago

Sunlight provides warmth, light, and energy, but it also emits harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays. There are two forms of UV rays:
  • UVA: Causes skin aging and DNA damage by penetrating deep into the dermis. These rays can pass through clouds and glass.
  • UVB: Causes sunburn and contributes to skin cancer.
It is important to protect the skin every day from these harmful rays as well as the damaging effects of blue light emitting from screens.
